Professional Management for New Managers
A manager is a person responsible for controlling or administering an organization or group of staff. “Project Management for Managers” The program is designed to teach Managers the basics of project management. Being able to use basic project management skills is a key competency for Managers when faced with the responsibility of managing non routine projects in their groups.
The Project Management workshop will give participants an overview of the entire project management process, as well as key project management tools that they can use every day.
